Okay, so it's a typical Hardee's but the manager was super friendly. The food took a while to come out but luckily we weren't in a huge rush. If you are looking for something fast and cheap near north Topsail this is the place for you.
Good food that puts McDonald's an all the other fast food restaurants to shame
Good food, only complaint was soda ran out of flavor and I just got soda water. Customer service is usually pretty decent and your entire visit should take no more than about 10 minutes. Could be cleanes up a bit more.
Food is usually pretty good. Although, the customer service here is bad. Anytime I walk up to the counter to order no one ever greets me. One day the lady literally just stared at us for a minute. So I began to order and when my husband finished paying with a card she just stared at him. I finally got the hint that she wasn't going to give him a receipt and told him to move over. She didn't even say anything the whole time. Not even "your food will be ready in just a moment." Or "have a good day." Similar situations have occurred before. Just very lacking in there customer service to be a small town. Too bad HWY 55 across the street doesn't serve breakfast, they know all about customer service.
Best biscuits and gravy around. Nice friendly. Fast service
