I'm here on vacation and had a package delivered to the beach house my family and I were renting. The house had no mail box out front, so of course I was in a fix. Well I decided to visit the post office in Sneeds Ferry. I never met a more professional staff ever in a post office. I explained my situation and provided the requested information. And the next they held my package for me until I arrived shortly after to pick it up.
A lot better than the old post office although there hours suck balls. By the time you get off work they closed. Take lunch there also closed. When you do catch them open there helpful and friendly. Never had a problem getting my mail to my po box.
We have an ongoing issue with getting packages delivered to the door. They end up on the side walk in front of our home. I called and spoke with the supervisor and he did not care what so ever. He even told me someone from my household should go outside and help the delivery driver carry the packages to the door. As someone who has worked in customer service for over a decade I am shocked by the lack of care.
I was home all day and when I went out to the mailbox, there was a pink slip that said "sorry we missed you" and that my packages had to be picked up from the post office! Then it happened again the next day! Pure laziness. No attempt for delivery was made on both days.
Absolutely AMAZING. I would rate 6 stars if I could. They were extremely helpful. The manager Ronnie went above and beyond to make sure I received my package that was sent priority. He personally met me to ensure I got it on the day it was promised. He also helped me locate a separate package that was lost in amazons system.
