The staff is friendly and our pizza has always been ready when we get there to pick it up. BUT.....when I order a large pepperoni pizza and only get 11 pieces of pepperoni I feel that I have been misled. They need to put MORE toppings on their pizzas. Time to try out Dominos .
Dominos is better and cheaper. And just 60 seconds away.
Pizza is fine if you pick it up. if you have it delivered you will be waiting for 1.5 hours plus and get a pizza that has been sitting under a heating lamp for over an hour. Website says delivery time would be 20-35 mins it is going on 2 hours.
Every single time I order something is messed up. Ordered 2 hours ago and still haven’t gotten my pizza. They said it’d be an hour, I called after an hour and a half and they said it’ll be there in a few minutes. Just called again and still nothing. Last time I ordered a cheese pizza and got a pizza with mushrooms, green peppers, and onions. Never again.
Last week and friend and I called in a simple pizza, bread sticks, and 2 liter order. After 2 and a half hours (and calling twice to make sure they were even sending the order) our pizza shows up with no 2 liter and no dipping sauce for the breadsticks. After paying full price, we were told the driver would return with our 2 liter. The driver never returned. I have never been so disgusted with the service I received and if anyone ever asks me about north topsail beach I'll say it's great, just don't ever order from the pizza Hut there!
