This morning my husband and I went to McDonald's drive thru, we placed our order and at the window the chip reader wouldn't read our card. Instead of the employee calling a manager to ask the correct procedure she sent us away and said their was nothing that she could do, My husband became slightly perturbed and went inside. The manager told him the correct procedure, which is to insert the card 3 times, if it can't be read, the machine will instruct you to swipe the card, so in closing, "What happened to Quality employees at restaurants?" Instead now we have lazy employees that would rather send profits away than learn how to do their jobs! I sure hope things start changing because this is happening ALL OVER, everything is going to hell in a hand basket!!!! Thank you to the manager but I think some of your employees are terrible!! How many does she send away that don't come in? They go patron Hardees across the road!!!
Friendly staff with a clean dining room and restroom. There is even a lil table set up front for the kids to color while you order! Cute!
Very long wait time every time we have gone there. Today we actually saw several workers walk out with their food after we placed our order, but before we got our food. We waited and waited. The last of items that we received was my salad and then it was the wrong salad! Several employees were discussing personal drama that I didn't want to overhear, but had no choice. The language was not appropriate for my 4 year old grandson. We are not likely to patronize this McDonald's again.
They forgot my fries, places was kinda dirty. Food was ok for a McDonald's. Lady at counter was nice.
Horrible place to eat, many health code violations, I observed an employee on her hands and knees on the floor cleaning get up and began fixing food without first washing here hands, not saying this happens at all McDonald's but at this one it does!!!! And when I informed the manager, she ignored me and continued to allow this woman to prepare food, want my advice........ STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
